An emerging microfinance institution (MFI) is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to join its team. The incumbent will report directly to the Managing Director.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Officer will be responsible for the full- accounting function, credit control, preparing statutory reports, general administration tasks, presiding over loan disbursements, communication with clients and stakeholders, administrative assistance, and operational support.
Qualifications
- General Administration, and Organizing Skills
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- At least 2 years of experience working in a microfinance institution is a pre-requisite
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Clean Class 4 driver`s license
