The ENRICH in Africa programme aims to build capacity for incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurs in Europe and Africa, with a focus on promoting networking opportunities and incubation and acceleration support to strengthen innovators’ capacity to establish themselves in the other continent.

As part of this programme, Impact Hub offers a scaling programme for African diaspora entrepreneurs and innovators in Europe who are ready to scale their ventures to Ghana, Senegal or Zimbabwe. The programme uses the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals to ensure that selected participants positively impact the markets they are scaling to. The programme includes a scaling diagnostic, an intensive online bootcamp, sponsored travel to Ghana, customised online support, and access to key platforms and networks.

  • Selected participants will undergo a scaling diagnostic to identify their individual needs
  • An intensive online bootcamp over a week which covers topics such as scaling strategies, business culture in Africa, financing scaling, and more.
  • An enabling environment to build sustainable, strategic relationships within the continent based on the diagnostic and roadmap.
  • Sponsored trip to Ghana for a tailored, in-person experience with investors, programme partners and other founders and leaders to help accelerate your venture’s success on the continent
  • Customised online support for two weeks after the scaling week in Ghana
  • Access to key entrepreneurial platforms, the ENRICH in Africa network and a Impact Hub co-working space in your host country for up to six months
